WHAT IS CLES®?

CLES® is a Lean Enterprise training divided into several modules. The main module is oriented to provide a solid knowledge and practice in LEAN Enterprise methodology, tools and team structure for problem solving.
The specialized modules are optional training programs based on specific business needs, such as LEAN for Construction, LEAN & GREEN, LEAN Service, LEAN Healthcare.

This training program is developed within the context of what Blackberry&Cross® has named ImproveX: Continuous Improvement Typology.
Topics
CLES® Lean Enterprise Specialist is structured in two training modules.
The first module (LEAN Enterprise) is mandatory for all participants.
The specialized modules (Construction, Green, Services, etc.) are optional and based on every participant´s needs.
